Description
Protai is a drug discovery startup combining unique structural proteomics and Generative AI to accelerate rational drug design. We are looking for a motivated and experienced AI engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Build AI drug discovery tools such as protein structure prediction, drug activity prediction and additional drug properties estimation.
- Develop benchmarks and perform data analysis to evaluate model performance on real-world drug discovery projects.
- Translate complex biological data into clear, strategic insights that drive team-wide execution.
- Collaborate with drug discovery and chemists to design drug candidates and advance drug discovery programs.
Requirements
- BSc/ MSc, Computer Science, computational biology or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience with one of the following languages: Python/C++/Java/C#/Go/Rust.
- Deep expertise in modern deep learning frameworks and experience training and fine-tuning large-scale generative models
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
