AI Solution Architect

We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will shape the technological vision, select AI platforms, and design integrations into core legacy and modern organizational systems. You will drive the entire lifecycle of AI initiatives, transforming high-level concepts into robust operational production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the comprehensive enterprise AI architecture framework.
• Architect cutting-edge solutions across GenAI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning (ML).
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) initiatives to test new technologies.
• Design seamless AI integrations with core enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and Contact Center platforms.
• Partner with business units to discover, evaluate, and map out high-impact AI use cases.
• Lead the evaluation and selection process for AI technologies, vendors, and third-party platforms.
• Establish strict standards for data privacy, information security, and AI governance across the organization.
• Provide professional guidance, mentorship, and architectural oversight to development teams.
• Required Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in system architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading AI and Generative AI projects.
• Extensive experience architecting solutions on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Deep technical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Agent Frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in designing complex enterprise-level architectures and system integrations.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, present technical visions, and collaborate with senior executives and business leaders.
