B2B Customer Success Manager

Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the post-sales customer journey, leading customers from onboarding and implementation through long-term adoption, retention, and growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers successfully adopt our platform, achieve their business goals, and maximize the value of our solution while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end post-sales customer journey for a portfolio of B2B customers.
• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and training to ensure successful product adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
• Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve customer challenges, and act as the customer's advocate.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Proven experience leading customer onboarding, implementations, or product rollouts.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
