About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. As our sole bookkeeper, you will own our day-to-day financial record-keeping end-to-end and be a key part of the finance function as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple subsidiary bookkeeping, including intercompany transactions.
• Support month-end, quarter- end, and year-end close processes
• Manage AP- Process invoices, vendor payments, and lead end to end invoice to Pay process
• Manage expense reimbursements and travel expenses
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Process payroll journal and accruals
• On going statutory reporting- withholding tax, vat etc.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax requirements
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
• Coordinate with external accountants/auditors during tax season and audits
• Handle ad hoc cross company projects and tasks

Requirements

• Certified bookkeeper (Type 1+2)
• 4+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with ERP system (preferably Priority. NetSuite is an advantage)
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in a startup and fast paste environment
