Brand Revenue & Strategy Manager

ZyG·Tel Aviv·Posted yesterday

Description

ZyG is revolutionizing eCommerce with the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale. This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing. With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale.

The Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Brand Revenue & Strategy Manager to work across a portfolio of DTC brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, growth, P&L, and partner management. You will analyze each brand as a complete business, identify its most important opportunities and constraints, and help shape the strategy required to scale it profitably. You will work with teams across performance marketing, creative, CRO, retention, operations, and finance, while helping our brand partners understand their performance, financial results, and strategic priorities.

What you'll do

  • Revenue and P&L Analysis: Analyze revenue, margins, acquisition costs, retention, inventory, and contribution profit to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Commercial Diagnosis: Determine whether a brand’s primary constraint relates to its product, positioning, creative, media, funnel, pricing, retention, inventory, or unit economics.
  • Partner Management: Build strong relationships with brand owners, align on priorities, and work on product development and improvements, inventory costs, forecasts, and payouts.
  • Growth Planning: Translate business objectives into priorities across acquisition, creative, CRO, retention, merchandising, and operations.
  • Pricing and Monetization: Develop and evaluate pricing, bundles, promotions, subscriptions, upsells, and shipping thresholds.
  • Forecasting: Build scenarios connecting media spend, CAC, conversion, AOV, repeat revenue, inventory requirements, and profitability.
  • Business Reviews: Prepare clear internal and partner-facing reviews covering results, insights, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Product Feedback: Translate commercial insights into feedback that helps improve ZyG’s platform, agents, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–6 Years of Relevant Experience: Background in DTC eCommerce, brand strategy, revenue management, growth strategy, consulting, or performance marketing.
  • Strong DTC Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how product, positioning, pricing, acquisition, creative, CRO, retention, operations, and inventory drive profitable growth.
  • Financial and Analytical Strength: Ability to analyze P&Ls, unit economics, margins, forecasts, cohort revenue, CAC and LTV.
  • Paid Media and CRO Fluency: Strong understanding of Meta and Google economics, attribution, creative performance, Shopify funnels, landing pages, checkout flows, and conversion testing.
  • Pricing and Business-Model Knowledge: Ability to evaluate pricing, bundles, subscriptions, promotions, and upsells based on customer behavior and unit economics.
  • Data Proficiency: Advanced data skills and confidence working with dashboards, financial models, forecasts, and cohort data.
  • Partner-Facing Communication: Ability to explain complex commercial and financial information clearly to founders and business owners.
  • Strategic Judgment: Ability to identify the root cause behind performance and prioritize the initiatives most likely to improve the overall business.
  • Structured Execution: Strong organization, documentation, project management, and follow-through across multiple brands.
  • Advantages
  • D2C & Shopify Mastery: You know the e-commerce ecosystem inside out, including Performance marketing, CRO, app integrations, and purchase-funnel psychology..
  • Data power user: Great ability to model business potential, deep proficiency in using AI tools and configuring automated workflows to multiply your own output and manage high-volume launches.

  • Understanding of inventory planning, landed costs, cash flow, and working capital
  • Experience launching or scaling consumer brands in the US
