Business Development Manager

Enlight Renewable Energy is a leading global renewable energy platform, delivering solar, wind and energy storage projects on a scale, Listed on both Nasdaq and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our MENA Business Development team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across the Israeli market.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales processes and commercial and legal negotiations through to deal closure
• Develop and lead partnerships with communities, kibbutzim, and organizations within the rural/settlement sector
• Manage ongoing relationships with business partners and existing agreements
• Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and establish relationships with potential clients
• Initiate, lead, and execute cross-company projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or other relevant fields – required
• Experience in the solar industry and/or working with the agricultural/rural sector – significant advantage
• Ability to work independently and drive processes through to completion (execution)
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Familiarity with negotiation processes and agreements/contracts – significant advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and strong ability to manage and learn independently
