Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Bookkeeping certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers

• High proficiency in MS Excel and AI tools
• Strong analytical skills to work with financial data and reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• What You’ll Be Doing?
• Issue accurate, timely customer invoices and manage billing inquiries
• Own collections end-to-end: track receivables, follow up proactively, accelerate payments, and flag risks
• Reconcile incoming payments and keep AR clean
• Partner with BizDev teams to resolve customer issues and accelerate collections
• Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and increase operational efficiency
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies
