Configuration and Engineering Information Team Leade

We are looking for

Elbit Cyclone at Bar-Lev Industrial Park is looking for a Configuration Management and Engineering Information Team Leader

Join us in leading a central and impactful activity in the field of engineering information management within an advanced technological and industrial environment. This role includes leading a multi-site team, working with diverse interfaces, and directly influencing engineering processes, production, and product quality across the organization

In this role you will

Lead a multi-site configuration control team and manage ongoing activities in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements

Work daily with PLM systems for engineering and product information management

Manage product trees, items, product files, and assemblies

Handle document cataloging and version control

Review and approve engineering design processes

Lead engineering change boards and generate computerized reports and data

Conduct configuration audits and provide support to customers and auditing bodies

Ensure compliance with configuration management standards such as EIA649

Provide professional support to system users across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and planning departments

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in configuration management within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries
• Experience working with PLM and ERP systems
• Experience working with Excel, Word, and Visio
• Experience writing and updating work procedures in the field of configuration management
• Good command of Hebrew and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Ability to lead and professionally develop a team, work with multiple interfaces, maintain accuracy and organization, and provide a high level of service
