Contracts & Sales Manager

For our company site in Haifa, we are looking for a Contracts & Sales Manager to join a meaningful role involving the leadership of complex commercial processes in an advanced technological and defense environment. In this role you will

Lead campaigns, pricing proposals, and responses to complex tenders

Manage commercial negotiations and contracts with customers and business partners

Manage orders and contracts from commercial and financial aspects

Work closely with internal and external interfaces in Israel and abroad

Support business processes from the proposal stage through contract execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Law
• Experience in pricing proposals, tender responses, commercial negotiations, and contract management - Advantage
• Full proficiency in Office applications and advanced Excel skills
• High level of English, both written and verbal
• Additional languages - Advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Ability to work independently and lead processes while managing multiple interfaces
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and the capability to perform effectively under pressure and multitasking
