Customer Success Manager

Description

The Customer Success Manager ensures a proactive, coordinated customer experience from order placement through delivery, forecasting and new product development. The role serves as the operational bridge between customers, Sales and internal functions, improving visibility, responsiveness and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management & Supply Coordination: Manage customer orders in Priority ERP, monitor order status and delivery schedules, communicate updates and resolve supply issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Customer & Inventory Management: Maintain regular contact with customers, monitor inventory levels and demand, identify gaps and proactively address upcoming requirements.
• Forecast Management: Maintain and update customer forecasts, follow up on demand changes and share relevant information with Sales, Planning and Supply Chain.
• Sales Team Support: Work closely with Sales Managers, providing updates on orders, forecasts, customer needs, risks and opportunities.
• NPD Project Follow-Up: Track new product development projects, monitor milestones, coordinate stakeholders and proactively address delays or bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, R&D and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations or Supply Chain.
• Strong customer orientation and commercial understanding.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; Priority experience is a strong advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English
