Customer Success Team Leader

We are looking for For our company site in Modiin, Aerospace division is looking for a Customer Success Team Leader This is your opportunity to lead a key team positioned at the heart of the business and operational activity, with direct impact on customer experience, service quality, and the success of operations with customers in Israel and worldwide . In this role, you will lead multiple cross-organizational interfaces and play a significant part in driving processes, standards, and continuous improvement within a dynamic and technological environment

In this role you will

Manage, mentor, and professionally develop a team of Customer Success Managers Be responsible for service quality and technical and logistical customer support throughout the product lifecycle Prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and monitor execution and closure processes Manage exceptional customer events with internal interfaces Lead interfaces with Program Managers, ILS, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Import/Export teams Track performance, tasks, repairs, and service activities Lead process improvement initiatives, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the team Promote a proactive approach for identifying customer needs, bottlenecks, and risks

Requirements

• Experience managing and leading teams
• Experience working in a technological or industrial environment and managing multiple interfaces
• Experience in After Sales, ILS, or Customer Support roles - Advantage
• Familiarity with UAV systems - Advantage
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems - Advantage
• High level of English
• Strong ability to motivate employees and interfaces, high service orientation, system-level perspective, and ability to work in a dynamic multitasking environment
