Elad Systems is hiring a Data Expert for a significant project

A Bit About The Role

• Gathering business requirements and leading requirements-gathering and specification processes with business users in the Data, BI, and DWH domains
• Mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying gaps between the current and desired states
• Writing functional and technical specifications for data solutions and BI systems
• Translating business needs into clear, actionable data and system requirements
• Designing and modeling data structures (Data Modeling), including defining entities, relationships, and information structures
• Investigating and analyzing data using SQL, working with databases and data warehouses
• Collaborating closely with Development, BI, Data Engineering, and QA teams throughout the implementation process

What We're Looking For?

• 2–4 years of experience in Systems Analysis within the Data, BI, and DWH domains
• Experience gathering business requirements and leading specification processes with business users
• Experience mapping end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps, and developing solutions
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications
• Good understanding of Data Modeling, including entities, relationships, and information structures
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and independently investigating data
• Experience working with databases and data warehouses (DWH)
• Experience collaborating with Development, BI, Data Engineering, and QA teams
