DIRCM Program Mananger

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our DIRCM Business Unit, which is part of the ISTAR & EW Division

The job is located in Rehovot

The DIRCM Business Unit is a world leader in in developing and producing state-of-the art Aircraft Laser Protection systems Our systems are operational and installed on hundreds of platforms, including – Helicopters, Tankers, Airlifters, VIP jets and Commercial Airliners The Program Manager will join our successful team, leading the promising growth of our business

Requirements

• End to end management of multi-million $ projects, from contract signing, through development and production, till installation and qualification of the system on the customer's aircraft
• Build and control the program work plan, resources, and budget
• Act as the focal point to the customer, including on-going communications, meetings, updates, and joint teamwork
• Multi-interface matrix management in the fields of development, production, procurement and more
• Identifying and initiating business opportunities and developing relationships with the customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management/engineering/Exact Sciences from a Relevant Field – a must
• Experience in managing and leading complex projects/processes – a must
• Multitasking capabilities – a must
• Experience in presentations and writing technical/contractual documents – a must
• Experience in multi-interface matrix management – an advantage
• Ability to learn independently and think \"outside the box\" - an advantage
• Ability to lead business development and marketing processes with overseas customers – an advantage
• High level of English
• Willingness to travel abroad
