We are looking for a Director of Data.

You will

Lead, manage, and grow teams of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategy, policies and processes. Drive the use of data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth. Provide insights and analytics on media acquisition channels, user usage, business, and product metrics. Ensure data quality and accuracy through continuous monitoring, auditing, and improvement of data management processes. Create and maintain a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and analytics throughout the organization. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies, and assess potential new tools and techniques for implementation.

Our guess is you have a high chance of fitting in if you check as many of these as possible: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience leading a group of data professionals. Experience in B2C, SaaS, or e-commerce companies. Experience in self-serve enablement through agentic AI tooling Strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and forecast modeling. Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis and engineering. Experience with cloud-based data management and analytics tools. Google BigQuery and the Google data ecosystem - BONUS. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business leaders.
