  • Lead preparation and delivery of board materials and investor-facing financial packages, presenting directly to the board and executive leadership.
  • Own integration of pipeline data into the financial model, and drive ongoing accuracy, structure, and maintenance of the model.
  • Partner with department heads across the business to align budgets, forecasts, and resourcing decisions with strategic priorities.
  • Build and lead management reporting, including KPI dashboards, burn rate analysis, and margin tracking, and drive the analysis and insights behind them.
  • Build and scale the FP&A function's processes, tools, and (as the team grows) people.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, including experience operating at a leadership level.
  • Prior experience at growth-stage or scaled companies, owning all aspects of budgeting and planning end-to-end.

  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a structured working approach.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable making decisions with limited oversight.
  • Experience with ERP and BI systems – an advantage.
  • Experience in defense, hardware, or multi-program technology companies – an advantage.
