Director of Technical Program Management

Mobileye is seeking a highly technical and experienced Director of Technical Program Management to lead our Technical Program Management organization and drive execution across complex, multidisciplinary R&D programs. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for end-to-end program execution, ensuring that product and technology roadmaps are translated into clear, executable plans and delivered against strategic, technical, and business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership across Engineering, Research, Product, Validation, Data, and Infrastructure, providing a holistic view of execution and driving alignment on priorities, dependencies, resources, risks, and delivery commitments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth, organizational leadership, people management, and execution excellence, with the ability to operate effectively from executive-level discussions down to complex engineering challenges.
