Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to support and maintain our product at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues at customer sites
• Install and assemble smart shopping carts and electronic equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and functional checks
• Support warehouse and logistics operations on days without service calls or installations

• Technical background in electronics – a must
• Ability to perform physical, demanding work
• High sense of responsibility, orderliness, and service orientation
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license – a must
• Work Schedule
• Work week: Sunday–Thursday
• Friday work is on an as-needed basis only, in response to service calls
