AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from.

Let's cut to the chase. What's the job? At Guardio, the Growth team moves fast to turn visitors into protected, paying users. We work in quick cycles: idea → build → A/B test → learn → iterate. We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Product Engineer who loves owning features from the first line of code to live production, and using data to see what works.

You will

Own features end-to-end: Build across the frontend, backend, and a bit of mobile. Run A/B tests: Design, ship, and analyze experiments. You won't just build features; you'll prove that they work using data and metrics. Build fast with AI: Go straight from a mockup to a finished page using AI tools and agents—no waiting in line for a designer. Add AI to the product: Build smart features like personalized onboarding to improve user experience and boost metrics. Multitask: Juggle multiple projects at once, keeping everything moving forward without dropping the ball. Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers and team leads, actively unblocking yourself to get things done.

You're probably a great fit if

Experienced: You have 5+ years of software engineering experience. You deeply understand how things work under the hood (networking, data structures, and deployment). Genuinely Fullstack: You have strong skills in modern frontend (React) and backend systems. React Native is a big plus. AI-Native: You fluently use coding assistants (like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude) to work faster, but you carefully review and own every line of code you ship. Product-Minded: You care about why you are building something. You base your decisions on evidence, not just gut feelings. Autonomous: You are reliable. When handed a goal, you get it done without needing to be micromanaged. A Team Player: You bring positive energy, communicate clearly, own your mistakes, and leave your ego at the door.

How we work

Our workflow is fast and structured. We use Linear to track every task from idea to production. You will typically handle several tasks at the same time. We are an AI-first team, meaning we expect you to use AI tools to automate repetitive work, speed up your coding, and multiply your output without sacrificing quality.
