GenAI Engineering Expert

For our site in Holon, we are looking for a Lead AI Engineer for a senior and impactful technological role combining hands-on development, professional leadership, and architectural leadership. In this role, you will

Design and develop end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions Architect and implement systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and complex workflows Design, develop, and manage ETL processes for RAG systems Work with cloud infrastructures and complex API integrations Deploy models to production environments and manage AI and LLMOps infrastructures Manage and operate Kubernetes environments, including Air-Gapped environments Optimize performance, GPU resource utilization, and operational efficiency Provide professional leadership and mentorship to technology teams and AI infrastructure engineers Define engineering standards for development, cybersecurity, and AI solution monitoring

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software development, DevOps, infrastructure, or solution architecture
• At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Applied AI / GenAI solutions in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience developing systems using agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent technologies
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or similar platforms
• Significant experience working with Kubernetes / RKE2 and modern infrastructures
• Experience deploying systems in secure and complex environments
• Experience with TypeScript, C#/.NET, or PowerShell - Advantage
