Global Operation Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Global Operation Analyst who will lead three major system projects for operation excellence : Coordinate the global cyber readiness project. Designing and developing data analytics tools for global operation. Perform data analysis to support data driven operation efficiency.

Major areas of responsibility

Cyber Readiness – country readiness processes

• Manage end-of-the-end onboarding process to cyber readiness for new countries from training, drills and procedures creation.
• Provide solutions for business continuity during cyber.
• Assist planning and executing country cyber-attack drills.

Cyber Readiness – Crisis management

• Track implementation of the entire project work plan.
• Follow up on all action items in all sub-projects with cyber consultancy firm.
• Maintain entire project’s schedules.

GOC general tasks

• Keeping updated status of vessels and ports as part of the global operation center.
• GOC updates to all company units.

Data Analytics

• Provide data driven insights related to the following operation subjects:
• Port performance
• Vessel performance
• Fuel consumption analysis
• Emission analysis
• Develop data analytics tools to support various data analytics tasks:
• Data modeling with Dataiku and Microsoft Fabric
• Power BI/Tableau dashboards
• AI agents

Requirements

• An academic degree in Industrial Engineering - a must
• Experience in project management with cross functional and multi-cultural interfaces – a must
• Strong Excel and analytical skills – a must
• Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) – a must
