Global Talent Acquisition & HRBP

We’re seeking a proactive and sharp Global Talent Acquisition & HRBP to join our Global HR team and help us scale smart, fast and with purpose. We are seeing this position as a true partner to the business, working globally across multiple functions including Sales, Operations, R&D, and Engineering. In this role, you’ll lead global recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring across Europe and Israel, while also partnering with managers on key people processes, manager and employee development, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

🌍 What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle global recruitment — from JD to offer Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, AI tools and creative channels Partner with hiring managers to define roles and craft engaging job descriptions Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience Build talent pipelines for future needs Bring new ideas and TA trends to keep us sharp and competitive

HR & Employee Experience

Support onboarding and performance review processes Assist with welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities Provide basic HR guidance on policies and labor law topics as needed Support managers on day-to-day people management topics and employee-related matters Support manager and employee development initiatives, including feedback, development needs, and relevant HR programs

Requirements

• ✅ What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition – with a strong focus on global sourcing (R&D and GTM)
• Hands-on experience in HR processes, including onboarding, performance management and welfare activities
• Proven ability to recruit for diverse functions: Sales, R&D, Engineering, Operations
• Deep sourcing expertise and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, boolean search, and more
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tech tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
