Key Responsibilities

• Manage and Develop Leaders: Lead and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering organization, directly managing engineering managers and technical leaders.
• End-to-End Ownership: Drive full end-to-end operational and technical ownership across all activities within the domain.
• Matrix & Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead effectively in a complex matrix environment, collaborating closely with Product, Business, and global stakeholders.
• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate the domain’s technology vision and long-term roadmap in alignment with business and customer goals.
• Culture & Positive Drive: Foster an energetic, innovative, and collaborative environment, bringing positive energy and calm execution during high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with proven experience as a Manager of Managers ( former Director of Engineering, Group Lead, or Senior Engineering Manager).
• Strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams within a global matrix structure.
• Proven track record of end-to-end accountability over complex technology platforms and business outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership skills with high emotional intelligence, positive energy, and resilience under pressure.
• Proven experience leading AI adoption across engineering processes and delivering agentic products that create business value.
