Job Description

Elem Association is looking for a coordinator for a holistic model for youth and young adults at risk.

Possibility of 50-75% position.

The role includes

·Locating, engaging, and accompanying youth on the spectrum of risk situations

·Group and individual process-oriented work in an informal setting (at a youth center and on the street)

·Availability for shift work during unconventional hours

·Coordinating a team of volunteers from the community

·Working in cooperation with relevant community stakeholders

·Availability for work on Tuesday mornings – staff meeting and professional guidance

Job Requirements

·First degree in social sciences – mandatory

·Experience working with at-risk populations – mandatory

·Excellent interpersonal skills

·Resilience for working under pressure and managing crisis situations

·Flexibility for working unconventional hours

Professional training and guidance will be provided throughout the entire period of the role.
