Holistic Model Social Worker in Ashdod

Job Description

Elem Association is looking for a social worker for a unique holistic model in Ashdod – in cooperation with the Welfare and Education Department, providing informal support to at-risk youth – 50-100% job scope.

The role includes

• Individual accompaniment of male and female youth
• Shift management at the “Hafuch al Hafuch” center and the “Street Address” night mobile unit
• Leading and coordinating the treatment area in the project
• A role that combines therapeutic, management, and crisis intervention capabilities
• Management, accompaniment, and training of a volunteer team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work (second-year students are also eligible)
• Experience working with at-risk populations – mandatory

•Non-judgmental, humane, and inclusive attitude

• Ability to work in crisis situations and function under pressure
