.PwC, a global leader in professional services, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Tax Group in Tel Aviv

Key Responsibilities

• .Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding
• .Partner with managers on employee relations, retention, team culture, and people-related challenges
• Lead global HR processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews, and employee surveys
• Develop and implement employee well-being initiatives and manage the related budget
• Advise and support managers on people-related and managerial matters, helping them develop their leadership skills and achieve strong business performance
• .Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in large, global organizations
• .Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills, with the ability to learn quickly and strong organizational skills
• .Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with HR systems, especially Workday, is an advantage
• Knowledge of employment law and a high level of English
