ILS Program Manager - Temporary Position

For our company site in Haifa, we are looking for an ILS Program Manager (Integrated Logistics Support) for a temporary six-month position - Maternity leave replacement.

Join a meaningful role in the defense industry, where you will take part in supporting advanced naval systems throughout their lifecycle. In this position, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, customers, suppliers, and operational interfaces, while contributing to complex and impactful technological projects.

In this role you will

Build and manage ILS packages for customers, including spare parts, training, technical documentation and additional logistics deliverables Develop maintenance concepts for naval systems Perform LCC (Life Cycle Cost) calculations and analyses Support tenders and prepare ILS proposals Manage subcontractors, agreements, and contract execution in collaboration with procurement teams Prepare, approve, and monitor CDRL documents Monitor and control ILS project progress while working with multiple interfaces across the company, including engineering and operations divisions

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in a relevant field
• M.Sc. degree - Advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in the ILS domain in the defense industry - Advantage
• Familiarity with naval systems and maritime environments - Advantage
• Knowledge of engineering processes and design reviews
• Experience with operational processes including supply chain, manufacturing, integration, logistics, and quality assurance
• Experience in technical or technological roles
• Experience working with and supporting customers
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high service orientation
