We are looking for a standalone Innovation Developer to act as our technical scout and execution engine for high-impact innovation projects.

About the Role

This is not a traditional team-based development role. We are seeking a highly agile, fiercely independent, and tech-curious Full-Stack Developer who will report directly to the CTO. You will run parallel to our main product tracks, focusing on rapid prototyping, emerging AI architectures, and automating key business workflows across sales, marketing, and client demo capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Rapid Prototyping & Technology Scouting: Actively research, evaluate, and implement the latest AI technologies, LLM frameworks, and agentic architectures to validate their potential value for RiT Tech.

Process Automation: Design and build custom, intelligent automation tools for internal business departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Interactive Demos & Capabilities: Develop high-fidelity demo environments and proof-of-concepts that showcase RiT Tech’s AI powered capabilities to partners and enterprise clients.

AI Integration Pipeline Development: Design and maintain advanced retrieval systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector embeddings, and semantic indexing.

Database Engineering: Write and optimize highly efficient database structures, stored procedures, functions, views, and complex select queries.

Agent Orchestration: Experiment with, configure, and deploy next-generation agent coordination frameworks (such as Hermes, Claw, or similar).

Independent Execution: Take loose functional concepts and translate them into functional, production-ready code with minimal supervision, handling your own system architecture, testing, and deployment.

Technical and Professional Skills

Core Technical Requirements

AI & LLM Architecture: Proven experience building applications using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases. Strong knowledge of semantic indexing and embeddings-based retrieval.

Full-Stack Language Mastery: Proficiency across JS/TS, C# (.NET), Frontend.

Advanced SQL Database Skills: Expert-level knowledge of MS SQL, including the ability to write clean, complex select queries, optimize database performance, and write robust stored procedures, views, and functions.

AI-Powered Workflows: Deep familiarity with modern LLM-based coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate your personal output and development velocity.

Independent DevOps & Environment Setup: Ability to self-host, configure servers, set up developer agents (e.g., Hermes, Claw), and manage your own deployment pipelines.
