Intelligence Analyst
Description
We are looking for an exceptional Intelligence Analyst to join a leading research team working on complex international projects. This role is designed for candidates with strong research instincts, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to turn large volumes of complex information into clear intelligence insights. The work combines advanced online research, OSINT, WEBINT, database research, and analysis of sensitive materials from multiple sources. As an Intelligence Analyst, you will help build research-based intelligence reports that support strategic decision-making in high-stakes business and legal contexts. This is a core analytical role with broad exposure to major projects and meaningful long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on individuals, companies, industries, markets, and business environments.
- Use OSINT, WEBINT, databases, and additional information sources.
- Collect, verify, and cross-reference information from multiple sources.
- Analyze complex and sensitive materials from internal and external sources.
- Identify connections, patterns, risks, and key insights.
- Build clear intelligence assessments from large volumes of information.
- Prepare high-quality research and intelligence reports.
- Translate complex findings into clear written insights.
- Work closely with internal teams across ongoing projects.
- Support long-term international investigations and strategic projects.
- Present research findings clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accuracy, discretion, and professionalism throughout the research process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in research, information gathering, and analysis, including advanced use of OSINT, WEBINT, and databases.
- BA in Law, Economics, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to structure complex findings into polished reports and presentations.
- Strong analytical instincts, able to surface patterns, linkages, and key insights from large volumes of material.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Background in a research- or HUMINT-oriented elite intelligence unit (e.g., PMO, MM, IDI Research, Unit 504, or equivalent) – Advantage.
- Proven experience in research, information gathering, and analysis, including advanced use of OSINT, WEBINT, and databases – Advantage.
