Role and Responsibilities The position involves joining the Infrastructure team as an IT Manager , in a full-time, onsite role based in Tel Aviv , responsible for the company's internal systems, employee devices, and office infrastructure. This is a highly independent, self-driven role that at times requires running things on your own, with strong ownership. The role is global in scope, working closely with our teams in the US. Responsibilities include managing SaaS-based IT services and identity/access administration, provisioning and maintaining employee laptops, and overseeing the company's basic office infrastructure, while collaborating with Security, People, and Engineering to keep the organization's IT foundation reliable and secure.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration - ideally in a multi-site or international environment
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Windows administration and troubleshooting
• Proven experience with Google Workspace administration
• Working knowledge of identity/device management platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, or Intune)
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and Wi-Fi - with hands-on experience configuring switches, access points, and firewalls
• Experience working with a ticketing/ITSM platform (Freshservice, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar)
• Experience supporting conference room AV and video conferencing systems
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong service orientation, ownership mindset, and the ability to prioritize independently in a fast-moving environment
