IT & Specialized Assurance Senior Consultant

Deloitte’s the leading and largest consulting firm in the world, is looking for a motivated Consultant / Senior Consultant to support client engagements across IT and Security Risk Management, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and AI Assurance. A core part of this role is developing and applying AI capabilities, using AI tools to strengthen our advisory and audit work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagements across IT/Security Risk, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and AI Assurance.
• Planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Perform SOC 2 testing, readiness assessments, and support attestation engagements.
• Contribute to IT audits, information security reviews, and GRC initiatives.
• Develop and apply AI tools to enhance our advisory and audit work.
• Support AI Assurance engagements, including governance assessments and control testing.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI tools - such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT (use and/or development) – significant advantage.
• 2–5 years in IT Risk Management, Cyber Security, IT Audit, SOC Reporting, GRC, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of Security GRC, information security frameworks, and IT controls.
• Exposure to AI governance/assurance is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Certifications (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 LA) – an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – an advantage.

• ביצוע בדיקות SOC 2, הערכות מוכנות (readiness assessments), ותמיכה בהתקשרויות למתן חוות דעת (attestation engagements).
• תרומה לביקורות IT, סקירות אבטחת מידע ויוזמות GRC.
• פיתוח ויישום כלי AI לשיפור עבודת הייעוץ והביקורת שלנו.
• תמיכה בפרויקטי AI Assurance, לרבות הערכות ממשל תאגידי (governance) ובדיקות בקרות.
• Requirements Hebrew
• ניסיון מעשי (Hands-on) בכלי AI – כגון Claude, Gemini או ChatGPT (שימוש ו/או פיתוח) – יתרון משמעותי.
• 2–5 שנות ניסיון בניהול סיכוני IT, אבטחת סייבר, ביקורת IT, דוחות SOC, GRC או תחומים קשורים.
• הבנה מעמיקה ב-Security GRC, מסגרות עבודה (frameworks) של אבטחת מידע ובקרות IT.
• היכרות/חשיפה ל-AI governance/assurance – יתרון.
• יכולות אנליטיות, ארגוניות ותקשורתיות חזקות.
• הסמכות מקצועיות (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 LA) – יתרון.
• תואר ראשון בתחום רלוונטי – יתרון.
