In this role, you will support our daily accounting operations, assist with financial reconciliations, and work closely with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee expense reimbursements using Expensify
• Record journal entries in the accounting books
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Issue customer invoices based on data.
• VAT reporting and compliance
• Support procurement operations and vendor management

Requirements

• Bookkeeping Certification Type 1 & 2 - Mandatory
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge - including VAT reporting, invoice registration, and bank reconciliations - Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced level)
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, Jira - an advantage
• Experience with Expensify - an advantage
• High level of English (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
