Description

What You'll Do

• Manage a team of writers: assigning topics, reviewing drafts, and keeping output on schedule and on-brand
• Edit articles for grammar, clarity, consistency, and factual accuracy before publication
• Write headlines and select header/thumbnail images that are catchy, accurate, and on-brand
• Analyze performance data to identify what's resonating and propose new topics accordingly
• Write original short-form content in our established voice and tone

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Fluent, native-level English is a must
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to grammar, clarity, and consistency
• A fact-checker's instinct: you double-check suspicious claims rather than letting them slide
• Comfort working with data to inform editorial decisions (pageviews, engagement metrics)
• An eye for visuals: knowing what image will actually make someone stop scrolling
• Ability to match an established tone and style quickly
• Strong time management: comfortable producing quality work on a deadline

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Wordpress/Elementor
