Logistics Operations Specialist

Description

Coordinate with external logistics service providers to facilitate the export of capital medical equipment, consumables, and spare parts within defined time and budget constraints. Support customs clearance processes and manage logistics aspects in destination countries worldwide. Maintain and organize all relevant export documentation in Logistics folders and ERP system. Manage import shipments, support customs clearance, and related logistics aspects. Arrange pickup and return shipments of faulty parts and systems from international sites Manage logistics performance reporting strategies/KPIsWork directly with 3PL warehouses while also supporting direct shipments to customers and distributors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Economics or Logistics) with strong self-learning capabilities.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics operations
• In-depth knowledge of logistics fundamentals, including shipping and customs regulations.
• Fluent English communication skills (both oral and written).
• Strong team player with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems
