Description

We’re looking for a Low-Level R&D Engineer with a strong foundation in OS internals and kernel-level concepts. This is a hands-on role focused on understanding, exploring, and working directly with low-level system mechanisms, combining technical investigation with practical development.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work directly with OS internals and kernel-level mechanisms (memory management, system calls, scheduling, IPC, etc.) Investigate and analyze system behavior across user-mode and kernel-mode boundaries Debug complex system-level issues using tools such as WinDbg, GDB, LLDB Reverse engineer system components to better understand low-level behavior Develop internal tools and components to support research and system-level capabilities Collaborate with a highly technical team on real-world system challenges

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of operating systems internals / kernel concepts
  • Hands-on experience working close to the OS (kernel, drivers, low-level components, or similar)
  • Experience with system-level debugging and analysis
  • Solid programming skills (C / C++)
  • Ability to investigate and understand complex system behavior independently
  • Experience with debugging tools (WinDbg, GDB, LLDB)
  • Familiarity with reverse engineering tools (IDA, Ghidra) – advantage
