M&A Advisory Manager

PwC Israel's M&A Advisory team is looking for a Manager. An excellent opportunity to be part of the leading advisory team within PwC Israel and in the market.

Responsibilities

• Managing financial due diligence assignments as part of an M&A process
• Providing professional advice to clients regarding key deal issues and purchase price considerations
• Working in a dynamic and exciting environment alongside a team of professionals and fascinating clients
• Requirements: CPA - must
• Relevant transactions advisory experience (M&A) including involvement in financial due diligence processes in a Big4/large consulting firm or other relevant experience.
• Excellent working English – written and spoken
• Advanced Excel and AI skills
• High analytical skills and strong business and commercial orientation
• Prior experience managing employees and client relationships- advantage
