Elem Association is seeking a Manager (m/f) for the “Street Address” Mobile Unit in Ramat Gan 75% position.

Elem Association’s “Street Address” mobile unit project operates nationwide during night hours to locate at-risk youth who need assistance and a support network in the field.

The role includes

• Leading intervention and treatment processes in street work and personal accompaniment
• Managing employed staff and volunteers
• Systemic work and partnership management
• Participation in at least one street shift during night hours

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory, Social Work degree – advantage
• Experience working with at-risk youth – mandatory
• Previous experience in managing and training teams and volunteers – advantage
• Availability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
