Marketing Manager

Our company, located in Sderot, is seeking an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives and strategic marketing activities for advanced Land Electro-Optical Systems in international defense markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead marketing and business development campaigns in international defense markets
• Lead cross-functional business development processes and strategic growth initiatives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and end users
• Identify and capture new business opportunities
• Meet short- and long-term business growth and order intake objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification – an advantage
• At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, capture management, or complex international program management
• Experience in international defense markets
• Experience with land-based electro-optical systems and defense technologies – an advantage
• Experience in the defense industry – an advantage
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to lead complex marketing and business development campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Flexibility to support international business activities across different time zones
• Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis, including extended assignments abroad
• Relevant military background – an advantage
