Marketing Manager

We are looking for A Marketing Manager is needed for our Modiin site at the Aerospace division of Elbit Systems. This is an opportunity to make an impact, lead significant deals, and take part in work that combines business thinking with a real contribution to defense and security Be a part of the success

In this role you will Work with customers in Israel and abroad, build business relationships and lead negotiations Lead cross-organizational business projects from identification through to closure Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including engineering, programs and business development Develop new business opportunities and drive sales at significant scale

Requirements

• Academic degree
• At least 10 years of proven experience in marketing and sales at significant scale
• Experience in the defense or military domain
• Familiarity with the UAV domain, operational or business - an advantage
• Full proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Strong negotiation skills, system-wide perspective, ability to work independently with various customer levels, excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Ability to perform under high workload while collaborating with a broad and diverse team
