Mechanical Design Engineer

For our site in Holon, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in electronic packaging

In this role you will

Design and develop electronic packaging assemblies for advanced military systems Take an active part in system design and installation processes on airborne, naval, and ground platforms Design LRU/SRU drawers, transmitters, receivers, radar antennas, and radomes Lead and manage design activities with subcontractors Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle Write technical and managerial documentation according to project requirements

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design within the electronic packaging field
• Experience in designing LRU/SRU drawers, transmitters, receivers, radar antennas, and radomes
• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing technologies in the electronic packaging field
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and NX CAD software
• Professional understanding of structural, dynamic, and thermal analysis
• Experience in writing technical and managerial documents such as Specifications and SOW
• Experience with moving assemblies - Advantage
• High level of English and ability to work with GAI tools
