Enercon Technologies is a leading company developing Power Supplies and Networking Products for military, civil aviation, and space applications . We are looking for a Mechanical Drafter.

Job Description

Create production drawings and manufacturing files based on development drawings Update legacy production drawings and BOMs according to ECR requirements Collaborate with Change Analysts and Configuration Control teams Work closely with R&D, configuration engineering, production, and NPI departments Develop and optimize work methods and processes

Requirements

• Certified Mechanical Engineer or Practical Engineer – mandatory
• Proven experience in drafting and updating drawing packages – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience with one of the following CAD tools: Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD – mandatory
• Experience working in a manufacturing company – mandatory
• Experience with OrCAD or Visio – advantage
• Strong English skills (reading and writing) – mandatory
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM system – advantage
• Ability to collaborate across departments: R&D, configuration engineering, production, NPI, etc.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and precise
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
• Assertive, dynamic, and quick in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Proactive, independent, and initiative-driven
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces simultaneously
• Full-time position with willingness to work overtime
