Job Description

Elem Association is seeking a Mobile Unit Coordinator “Street Address” Ramat Gan 50% position The “Street Address” mobile unit project of the Elem Association operates throughout the country during night hours with the aim of locating at-risk youth who need assistance and a support framework in the field.

The role includes

• Leading intervention and treatment processes in street work and personal accompaniment
• Guiding a team of volunteers
• Working in cooperation with community stakeholders
• Leading 2 street work shifts during night hours (between 20:00-2:00) + a morning shift

Job Requirements

• Experience working with at-risk youth and young adults
• Student/graduate with a bachelor’s degree in therapy, social, or education fields
• Bachelor’s degree in social work – an advantage
• Availability for 2 shifts per week during night hours
• Ability to work in a team, and work under pressure and during crisis

Professional guidance and supervision will be provided throughout the entire period of the role
