MRI Systems Protocols Implementation & Support

Description

• Working with MRI Software simulators in our office in Kiryat-Ono. (Full time, hybrid)
• Creating / fixing protocols on MRI simulators (Siemens, Philips and GE).
• Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI simulation environments and software platforms.
• Support hardware and software integration activities for MRI-compatible medical systems.
• Work with Windows-based workstations, servers, virtual machines, and networked environments.
• Support software releases, upgrades, validation activities, and compatibility testing.
• Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Batch) and AI tools
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Service, and Clinical teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, installation guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Execute system verification and validation activities according to company procedures and quality standards.
• Assist in laboratory setup, MRI system imaging, software deployment, and technical environment management.
• Promote automation and efficiency improvements by developing tools, scripts, and process enhancements.
• Work according to Insightec Quality Policy, applicable procedures, standards, cybersecurity requirements, privacy, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• A technician or academic degree in information technologies or engineering, with relevant studies and knowledge in a computerized environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and system configuration.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Proxmox
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working with technical documentation and structured processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High level of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
