Our Platform Engineering group builds internal tools for over a 100 Lendbuzz engineers in Boston & Tel Aviv.We treat the platform as a product: our engineers are our users, we actively collect their feedback, we measure whether what we built is impactful for the organization, and we continuously improve based on feedback and metrics. This position is a unique hybrid of a hands-on technical developer & leader with a highly analytical developer focused product manager. > Note: Prior management experience is not required—we are happy to grow a strong technical candidate into the leadership aspect of the role.
