About the Role

We're looking for a talented and driven Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be a key player in our sales motion - owning the technical relationship with prospects and working closely with our Account Executives and Account Managers to drive complex, high-value deals primarily across mid-market and enterprise segments.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and scoping sessions alongside AEs to deeply understand prospect needs and pain points
• Own end-to-end POC processes, typically spanning 1-2 months, including design sessions and technical deep-dives
• Deliver compelling product demos and respond to technical inquiries from a range of stakeholders, including C-level and VP-level
• Lead RFP/RFI responses and serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and R&D to resolve complex prospect requirements
• Travel to customer sites as needed (~30%)

Requirements

• 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role at a global B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including enterprise customers
• Hands-on experience owning POCs and delivering custom technical solutions
• Proven experience working with AI products, automation tools, and agent-based solutions - a must
• Strong background in IT - an advantage
• Familiarity with Windows OS; Mac and Linux - an advantage
• Experience with API integrations and scripting - preferred
• Native Hebrew and professional English - both required
• Well organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Charismatic communicator who can hold the room with both technical and executive audiences
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology and innovation - non-negotiable
