Procurement Buyer

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer to join our growing team. This is an independent and dynamic role with end-to-end responsibility for procurement processes and close collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes from purchase request through delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
• Conduct negotiations and obtain quotations.
• Create and track purchase orders in Priority.
• Monitor deliveries, timelines, and resolve exceptions.
• Work closely with internal interfaces including Engineering, Operations, Production, Warehouse, and Finance.
• Identify new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in procurement – required.
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience with Priority – required.
• Experience in commercial negotiations.
• High level of English.
• Ability to work independently, with strong organization and ownership.
