Product Marketing Manager
Our AI-powered platform produces vulnerability-free base images that integrate cleanly into existing workflows, helping security and platform teams eliminate patching overhead without slowing down developers. Backed by top-tier investors and led by second-time founders who previously built the first software supply chain security company, which was later acquired by Aqua Security, we’ve gone from stealth to serving global enterprise customers in under six months.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team and help shape how we position, communicate, and bring Echo's products to market. This is a key role for someone who understands how to turn complex technology into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customers, prospects, and the wider market. You'll work closely with our founders and leadership team, as well as Product, Sales, and Marketing, to define our messaging and make sure our teams have what they need to communicate Echo's value. We're looking for someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to get hands-on. Someone who's curious about the technology, understands the challenges our customers face, and knows how to build messaging and programs that make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop Echo's product positioning and messaging, ensuring we clearly communicate our value and stand out in a competitive market.
- Build and lead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and launches, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Become an expert in our products, customers, and market, translating complex technical capabilities into clear messaging for both technical and business audiences.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive positioning, product presentations, and sales playbooks.
- Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure they understand our products, key differentiators, and how to position Echo effectively in customer conversations.
- Own competitive intelligence and market research, keeping a close eye on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Bring the voice of the customer into our marketing strategy by gathering insights from customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
- Create compelling customer-facing content, including case studies, solution briefs, website content, blogs, product demos, and thought leadership pieces.
- Partner with Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Digital teams to develop campaigns and programs that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline.
- Work closely with our founders and leadership team to help shape Echo's broader market narrative and support strategic marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B enterprise software, ideally in cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or developer-focused technologies.
- Proven experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for technical products.
- A strong understanding of how to communicate complex technology in a way that's clear, engaging, and relevant to different audiences.
- Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams, with a strong background in sales enablement and competitive positioning.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and tell a strong product story.
- A good understanding of the B2B buying journey and how product marketing supports awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with experience turning customer feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business, including senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can change and there's plenty of room to make an impact.
