Production chemical technician

Description

Responsible for managing resin production activities in the resin lab. Operate the Equipment and Maintain the Processes in the FE- Wet area. Providing the staff training, quality controlling and change process parameters per needs Control NPI lots and verify execution per plan Work closely with FE Engineering, Planning, R&D, Supervisor and QC to ensure quality output Lead New process introduction and control, processes implementation and equipment's installation in cooperation with FE Engineering & Maintenance . SOP Maintenance. Work with ENG on QC discrepancy and action plan required Daily Pass down with Shift in WET area, review tasks, priorities and help needed Training and leveling on Shift Knowledge and operation, work with S.V based on priorities and timeline Review SOPs, work with Process ENG on modification and improvement per need based on feedback for lead operators Daily review on Wet Discrepancy, lot on HOLD and special instruction.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing processes.
• Chemical Engineering Technician or Chemical Technician qualification - a significant advantage.
