We are seeking a highly experienced and professionally authoritative Production Floor Manager to lead a central and dynamic manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key interface between research and development teams and production, requiring deep understanding of complex manufacturing processes, operational flexibility, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and oversee day-to-day production activities, including CNC machining, turning, milling, and manual machining work.
• Work closely with researchers and engineers to understand needs and translate them into drawings and practical manufacturing solutions.
• Prioritize tasks according to research needs, timelines, and level of urgency.
• Lead and manage a skilled team of machinists, technicians, and production staff.
• Ensure quality, precision, and compliance with required standards.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of equipment and machinery.
• Manage technical purchasing, raw materials, and cutting tools.
• Improve processes and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
