Description
Techmer, a subsidiary of MER Group, is seeking an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Specialist to join our team. Techmer is a leading defense company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced communication and security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute customer orders by creating production work orders and purchase requisitions
- Manage material shortages and prioritize production activities
- Coordinate between Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams
- Improve workflow efficiency and operational processes
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control / Production Planning
- Experience working with ERP systems (Priority ERP – an advantage)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good understanding of logistics and operational processes
- Advantages
- Experience working with MRP systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PLM systems
- Experience in project-based High-Mix Low-Volume (HMLV) manufacturing environments
- Technical or engineering background
