Production Project Manager

We are looking for a Production Project Manager to take a key role in leading production programs in a dynamic, defense-industry environment. This is an opportunity to drive end-to-end production processes, create synergy across multiple disciplines, and make a real impact on operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Own full responsibility for production programs and plans
• Monitor production progress according to work plans and ensure smooth material flow throughout the manufacturing process
• Coordinate sales and shipment processes
• Track and control production budgets at the project level
• Manage operational risk plans within the project
• Drive efficiency improvements and optimize work processes
• Manage all matrix stakeholders while creating synergy between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management
• At least 2 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing company
• Experience in the defense manufacturing industry - Advantage
• Experience in process improvement - Advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
